1.? I would like you to develop a chastity contract for the purpose of helping me to train for my marathon.? In other words, use of the MCD or other means to keep me focused on my training.? I need help here…I want a Mistress who will push me on my daily training (times for treadmill results), push me for training essentials (e.g. program for push ups, sit ups, etc) and for additional items (e.g. bike riding daily).? You need to push me…and reward me on Friday nights for results earned (e.g. stroking, bondage demands, etc.).?
