THE BEST BIRTHDAY EVER<\/h3>\n

Tuesday was the best birthday ever. I had an intense workout early in the morning. ?Then off for a deep tissue massage; one of a series of five provided by q. I came home and worked on two paintings that hopefully will be resolved in the next few months. One is a mixed media multi panel with paint, wood, wooden balls, barbed wire, and chains. The other is too early to tell. My unconscious will unfold it eventually. Later I went out to a rock and roll sushi bar in NOHO with some D\/s peers. I got way plastered on sake. Yesterday I was pretty trashed but functional with the help of some milk thistle herb!<\/p>\n
