Each morning my routine is: remove the BIKE supporter, pee, weigh myself, shower, put on the CB, and begin my chores.? I have been retired since age 50.? I use a thin steel keyring in place of a padlock, because it is easier to handle when my fingers are slippery with lube.? Also, I can easily attach a jingle bell, when I feel musical.<\/div>\n
