The Mystery Of Desert Dwelling<\/h4>\n

What is it like to live in the desert in Arizona. it’s kind of like California near Joshua Tree except the taxes are lower. If you love the ocean you will not like Arizona. Dusk And The Red Sky<\/h4>\n

At the end of the day red skies are common. A walk at that time will guarantee a magical experience. Dusk comes soon, it’s magical when long shadows fall. As the setting sun disappears under the canyons, the real magic appears. This is my time to walk, and without a flashlight to feel the night and all of it’s mysteries. The Desert As The Teacher<\/h4>\n

Night walking in the desert prepares you for all things unknown. To keep balance and awareness. The desert is absolutely the unknowable awareness that Castaneda wrote about. Desert foliage shape shifts and orders you to sit on a rock and observe with eyes half closed. The more confident you become, the faster your steps until you can trot home without falling. The desert teaches you to be a warrior. You can see the stars and the sound of the city is far, far away.<\/p>\n
