Another amendment is the mailing of keysafe boxes. Finally I received his lost keysafe, returned as undeliverable. It was tampered with. It was taken out of the internal box within the mailing envelope. The packaging was torn and a tissue paper sprayed with Fracas was missing. This is how I know it was examined. They may have thought it was a valuable content, but ha…the keysafe has millions of possibilities. Keysafes will be mailed from now on via Fed Ex. I will mail Fed ex with postage paid by the boy.
