Mistress, the issue isn’t with hormones and retaining water. The issue has been the distance from the retaining ring and the device hood is to small and causes pinching of the scrotum. We have been adjusting this in small increments so that it will be comfortable and yet not so large that the balls slip out as this would put the weight of the device on my piercing. We will continue to adjust as needed until the device is suitable for extended wear without pinching or possibility of escape. I know this has been a long process but it needs to be right.
