The dog will dress in the latex suit, hood, and slippers and walk to a street corner with My billboards. The dog will just be another weirdo in Manhattan. Instead of spare change billboard, it will be “Just Like a Dog” and “The Dicktator” banner. The dog will do this for exactly one hour. The dog will choose a shady side of the street because latex does not like sun, and a dog tends to overheat. Preferably, if the dog can find an island close by, it will stand on the island as to be humiliated by left turners. There is an alternative. The dog has a choice to do this or sit one hour in a Starbucks having coffee with it’s cam that is hooked up to it’s Mac. Either way I want a picture, a 10 minute phone call from it’s cell phone so I can be sure it is doing it’s task. Being New York, walking into any place with a hood may be of concern, so if the dog chooses to do Starbucks, it must buy a scuba mask and flippers so it’s face will be seen and people dont panic. it will wear it’s latex suit of course. it should be very happy that I’m not kicking around a sissy assignment, though crossressing is not ruled out.
