Yesterday I went down to local bar for some food and drink. I hope everyone had a good St Patrick’s day. After dinner and a beer I sat at the bar and had two Irish car bombs. That’s 3/4 glass of Guinness, a half shot of Irish whiskey ( Jamesons or Bushmills depending if youre from north Ireland or south), and a half a shot of Bailey’s Irish Cream. must lower it into the glass and watch the Guinness explode. I especially like how the Bailey’s hardens up and looks like a chocolate souffle. It looks like a drink for sissies, but I guarantee , it is not. It’s that sneaking up on you type drink that leaves you meandering home. There was some old guy drinking absinthe, hey, it’s green isnt it?
